  3. Arrange for your Home Mortgage.
    Our one site Mortgage Consultant  can take you through the simple steps towards applying for your home mortgage.  Our Mortgage Consultants offer highly competitive rates, even if your credit is less than perfect.

  4. Completion of your New Royal Home.
    You will go through the home inspection process with our Royal Home on site Agent, once your loan has been approved. The next step after approval and funding is waiting for final walk thru and move in!
